DoulApp is designed as a consumer-centric Freemium model. Basic tracking and educational content are free to ensure accessibility for all mothers. Advanced AI features, exclusive workshops, and expert consultations are available via a premium subscription.

Additionally, the app features a localized Marketplace for maternity products, and operates a B2B channel licensing the platform to clinics, hospitals, and governments to offer as an extension of their patient care.
